Summer outings of Gaia Cares for different SROs seniors has kicked off yesterday for the first time this year!!! The destinations are Capilano River Hatchery and Cleveland Dam which are both located in North Vancouver. Close to 40 seniors from Golden Age Court, Chinatown has joined. Some seniors especially those with mobility issues, feel so excited as it is very difficult for them to go so far without any assistance. We are so thankful for volunteers' support to escort the seniors in need and so they are able to walk around under safety conditions. Let's rock the summer together!!
