Age Well at Home – Outreaching Support Scheme For Seniors Aging in Place

Service Introduction

Gaia Cares has always been committed to providing high-quality services and support to the seniors living in Greater Vancouver. From June 28, 2023, Gaia’s Seniors Wellness and Service Practitioners outreach to social housing, supportive housing and the community to provide diversified supportive services for seniors in need. Our service hours are as follows:

Hotline Service (778) 300-0772:

- Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm


No direct service will be provided on Sundays and public holidays.

Seniors Community Service Navigation

Starting from April 3, 2024, Staff from Gaia Cares will station at the Chinese Library every Wednesday afternoon to assist seniors with community navigation services such as letter translation, benefit application, and follow-up appointments etc. Advance appointment is needed by calling 778-776-7403.
